He’s not cute; just charismatic.
Why can’t we just go back to this little childish trait of ours wherein we would label a person attractive or not so attractive, no more exaggerated and complicated adjectives and words, without bothering to think how others found that person?
I came to that thought when I thought of a common situation happening between our now super mature teenage selves. For example, a girl tells her friend that she finds the student council president extremely cute and crushable. Her friend, on the other hand says that the student council president in not the least bit cute or crushable, but instead names the traits of ‘charisma’ and ‘sex appeal’, simply because the friend refuses to find the student council president handsome.
But Pamelle, what if he really isn’t the least bit handsome?
You may have a point in there, question in italics. But if he really isn’t handsome why would a person bother saying traits similar to a general analysis?
Because it is true Pamelle!
Handsome goes, but not necessarily and always, hand-in-hand with charisma. A person may have sex appeal even if they are not the least bit handsome but then again, sex appeal has different definitions and meanings just as every human being’s fingerprint is different. And most often, sex appeal usually comes with a good-looking specimen.
What I’m really annoyed nowadays is that the reason why teenagers refer to these kind of arguments and reasons (which often times, confuse me on how a person looks into another person) is that they say these things to differ themselves from the crowd, making them look special. To people who often do this just to make themselves look ‘special’, ‘indifferent’ or ‘non-boy crazy’, I just want to crack their skull open and throw their brains out into the open sea. Let me get this straight: One. You do not make yourself look cooler or better or bad-ass when you try to stray yourself from the crowd and deny yourself from the truth and, two. Doing that just makes you look like an arrogant little prick.
Pamelle, why are you ranting about something we all don’t understand? You’re running around in circles and we don’t get your point.
Ah, yes. Thank you for reminding me that, sentence in italics. Now that I have let heat off of my head into constructing this pointless blog entry, I will now let you, and anyone else who is reading this entry, some time to try to figure out my senseless and stupid frustration as of the moment.
